WHO CAN BENEFIT

If your doctor has ever advised you to eat a healthier diet and get more exercise, this program is for you! Or if you are someone who has been seeking ways to live a healthier life and not sure how, we can take care of you and provide medical supervision.

INSURANCE ACCEPTED

For Hawaii and California residents: We take Medicare (with the exception of Medicare Advantage). For Hawaii residents: HMSA is accepted, including Akamai (with the exception of Quest).

For Medicare Advantage and all Private insurances, payment is due in full at the time of visit and a receipt (superbill) of the visit will be made that can be submitted by the patient to their insurance company for reimbursement (at least partial reimbursement is likely).

CANCELLATIONS

Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment.

For any non-emergency related cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment or no-shows, a $60 fee will be charged.
